I am very new to BodySlide and I only want to use it to convert an armor for 7BO to CBBE. When I look in the BodySlide outfit/body section I don't see the armor. I searched around online and found that if the armor doesnt contain certain files, it won't show up.

I tried looking for how to do it online, but all of the search results I could find, either don't help or I don't understand how to use them.

Is there an easy and simple way to create these files myself? as the mod author doesn't provide any.
